What Is Your Return Policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with an item you purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other additional charges.

Please refer to the Return Instructions on the packing slip when returning your item. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, tags, and accessories to ensure credit. What is your return policy?
  • Requests must be received within 30 calendar days of product delivery.
  • Product must be returned complete and in original packaging.
  • Credit or exchange for returned items will be offered at the discretion of Resistance Wear.
  • Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

Am I responsible for return shipping costs?

Original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited on returns.

Return shipping arrangements and applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Resistance Wear cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the return shipment, and recommends choosing a carrier that will provide insurance and tracking information.

What if my merchandise arrived damaged?

If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in shipping or that you believe to be defective, please call our Customer Care at 844-4-RESIST (844-473-7478) immediately.

Whenever possible, please note all damage with the carrier, and refuse delivery of the damaged item. If you have accepted delivery, retain all original packaging and photograph the damage for documentation purposes. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage before contacting us. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

How to I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, color, size or style, simply return your items according to the Return Instructions. Then contact Customer Care at 844-4-RESIST (844-473-7478) to place a new order for the replacement items you wish to receive.
